Full body strength training class that tones the body and builds muscle. Focused and compound movements that work every muscle group head to toe. No cardio in this class.
Expect to stay moving from beginning to end in this class. This is a total body workout. Cardio, barre, core, strength and some boxing moves combine to make a potpourri of fitness fun!
Core is the foundation of movement. This class is a mix of standing and ground excerises that engage abs and obliques. We work the entire core for 10 straight minutes to keep the love handles away.
Boxing with a kick! This is a kickboxing class that’s great for beginners and experts. Be prepared to punch, knee, slip and kick in a variety of stances. Plus we added cardio and core as the cherry on top.
If you want to target certain muscle groups, this is the class for you! Here you get to take your time and really focus on those target areas. On Tuesdays, we work only the upper body. On Thursdays, it’s leg day!
Clear your mind, rest and recover with 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation. We focus on breathing, holding positions for extended periods of time and clearing the mind to enjoy the moment.
Walking is the simplest and easiest ways to stay healthy. In this class we do interval walks where the coach speeds you up and slows you down at various points during class. Bring your best power walk!
The class about nothing. Trainer Bee and the class participants chat about random things as you walk at your own pace and listen to some tunes. Take time to walk the dog and clear your mind.
Lead by Trainer Dom this rounds the wagon while tightening up the core. Expect and uptempo class with a wide range of exercises. Be prepared to sweat!

Kickboxing with a focus on offense and defense with a splash of bodyweight strength training. We throw a combo at you then add more and more combos to test your mental and physical endurance!
Bodyweight class that involves stretching, reaching, moving and…flexing. Here you’ll go thru movements that are easy on the joints and build strength.
Sculpt your arms tops to bottom, front to back.
Building a better peach on rep at a time. Round your glutes while building strength in your thighs and calves.
